Business Office Lead -
Hiring for full-time cashier to work in our Front Business Office. Responsibilities include processing payments and refunds, assisting sales associates, and some light customer service work. Candidate should be able to multi-task and possess strong clerical skills. Preferred candidate will have previous cashiering experience and be comfortable handling large amounts of cash. Candidate must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Pay dependent upon experience. All qualified applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Initiate resolution to customer calls regarding defects or damages to their merchandise
- Interact with management, buyers and vendors to resolve issues in the best interest of the company
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- 1-2 yrs of experience working within an in-bound call center environment
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
- Must be multi-tasker with the ability to work independently and make decisions
- Professional, verbal communication skills for assisting customers with challenging issues
- Ability to think quickly in a fast paced environment
- Strong follow up skills
